Jacqueline Arase brings more than twenty years of experience in nonprofit operations and advancement systems to her role as Development Associate at Mount Tamalpais College. A longtime Bay Area resident, she supports donor research, gift processing, reporting, and Salesforce CRM management, focusing on building strong data systems that support meaningful donor relationships and thoughtful stewardship. She is committed to mission-driven work and believes deeply in the power of education to expand opportunity and transform lives.

Earlier in her career, Jacqueline worked as a museum registration and collections specialist and continues to consult on select part-time documentation projects, including work with the University of California’s Blake Garden outdoor ceramic art collection. Carrington Russelle

December 15, 2025 by

Carrington Russelle brings a unique blend of leadership, technical expertise, and profound empathy to the Mount Tamalpais College clerk team. As captain of the San Quentin baseball team, he brings a deep understanding of the importance of teamwork and a disciplined work ethic to our academic environment. Deeply committed to student well-being, he serves as a mentor for the Light Keepers, where he provides critical support to peers navigating depression and mental health challenges. Carrington is also a graduate of both a comprehensive construction skills program and the Last Mile coding program, where he served as a Teacher Assistant. This diverse background allows him to bridge the gap between technical proficiency and hands-on problem solving, making him an invaluable asset to the MTC community.

Paul Ross

December 9, 2025 by

Paul Ross has been an MTC student since 2022. He is now very close to earning his associate’s degree from MTC. Some of his favorite courses were Philosophy and Biology with Lab. He enjoys learning about science of any kind. He recently applied and was offered a position with MTC as one of two clerks. Paul was happy to accept the clerk position because MTC allows and even encourages him to continue his education. Furthermore, being a clerk gives him a way to thank MTC for all the support and encouragement throughout his higher education journey.

As a clerk, Paul is responsible for keeping the MTC library, audio, and video equipment organized and ready for all MTC events. He is also responsible for the distribution of course supplies and textbooks at the beginning and throughout each semester. His favorite part of the job is working with other students and encouraging them in their educational goals.
